本文回顾性分析胃切除术后发生的食管癌,并讨论胃切除术和发生食管癌的关系.作者于1965~1983年治疗129例经组织学证实的食管鳞状细胞癌,12例(9.3%)曾作过胃部分切除术,其中5例随后作食管切除,切下标本作组织学检查以评价食管胃返流对无癌肿食管上皮的影响.将胃切除术后的和未作胃切除的两组食管癌患者的营养状况作比较,阐明胃切除术对营养状况的影响.此外也将同
This article retrospectively analyzed esophageal cancer after gastrectomy and discussed the relationship between gastrectomy and esophageal cancer. The authors treated 129 cases of histologically proven esophageal squamous cell carcinoma from 1965 to 1983, and 12 cases (9.3%) Partial partial gastrectomy was performed, in which 5 cases subsequently underwent esophageal resection and specimens were cut for histological examination to evaluate the effect of esophagogastric reflux on non-cancerous esophageal epithelium. Gastrectomy and no gastrectomy were performed. The nutritional status of the two groups of esophageal cancer patients was compared to clarify the effect of gastrectomy on nutritional status.
