改革开放以来,有关专家、学者,尤其是新闻界对《新闻法》的呼吁从来没有停止过。笔者认为,中国目前设立一部专门的《新闻法》是没有必要的,因为我国现有的法律法规已经对新闻事业中的各项事务做了较为完整的规定。呼吁一部《新闻法》,从而确立记者的合法权利,规范记者的行为,这看似合理的要求,实质上反映出法律信仰的缺失。 Since the reform and opening up, the calls made by relevant experts, scholars and especially the press on the “Press Law” have never stopped. The author believes that it is not necessary for China to set up a special “press law” at present because the existing laws and regulations in our country have made relatively complete provisions on all matters in the journalism. Appealing to a “press law” to establish the legal rights of journalists and regulate the behavior of journalists, this seemingly reasonable request essentially reflects the absence of legal belief.
