高体份SiC/Al复合材料因其性能优良而成为新一代星载遥感器的理想结构材料。因星载遥感器设计中材料选择的重要性,对高体份SiC/Al复合材料与常用遥感器结构材料的空间应用综合品质因子进行了比较,高体份SiC/Al复合材料的综合品质因子为1 687.8,为传统遥感器结构材料的5~80倍。对遥感器的调焦机构支架进行力学分析和测试以及热分析,结果表明,高体份SiC/Al复合材料是星载遥感器理想的结构材料,为星载遥感器的设计提供了坚实的保障。
High-component SiC / Al composites have become the ideal structural material for a new generation of satellite-borne remote sensors due to their excellent performance. Due to the importance of material selection in satellite remote sensing design, the comprehensive quality factor of spatial application of high-component SiC / Al composites and common remote sensing materials was compared. The comprehensive quality factor of high-component SiC / Al composites 1 687.8, which is 5 ~ 80 times of the traditional remote sensor structure materials. The mechanical analysis and the thermal analysis of the focusing mechanism bracket of the remote sensor are carried out. The results show that the high-component SiC / Al composite material is the ideal structural material for spaceborne remote sensing, which provides a solid guarantee for the design of spaceborne remote sensing .
