苏州市位于长江三角洲东南部,是上海经济区沿海开放城市之一。党的十一届三中全会以来,苏州市的农村经济得到了较快的发展。近几年“星火计划”的实施,为科技与经济的结合,创造了更为有利的条件,给苏州农村经济发展植入了新的“胚胎”,为科技进步播下了新的“火种”。本文拟对三年来苏州市组织实施“星火计划”的情况作一回顾,并根据实践体会,提出一些值得思考的问题。科技“星火”点燃姑苏大地自“星火计划”在全国正式实施后,根据国家科委有关实施“星火计划”的原则和要求,苏州市结合当地实际,制定了具体实施方案,提出了“七五”期间拟开发六个方面的二十五项系列技术、建立十个左右的科技示范性生产基地或农业企业的发展目标。 Located in southeastern Yangtze River Delta, Suzhou is one of the coastal open cities in the Shanghai Economic Zone. In recent years, the implementation of “Spark Plan” has created more favorable conditions for the combination of science and technology and economy, implanted new “embryos” into the economic development of rural areas in Suzhou, and sowed a new “fire catcher” for scientific and technological progress. . This article intends to make a review of the organization and implementation of “Spark Plan” in Suzhou Municipality in the past three years and put forward some questions worth considering in light of practical experience.
