知识是影响企业跨国经营的动因、方式和区位选择的关键因素,企业的知识存量与跨国经营行为之间存在重要关系。由于目前跨国经营相关知识的缺乏,企业集团应当注意国际化进程的渐进性安排,将其视为知识获取、转移和创造的过程。同时为了提高过程效率,应积极构建组织学习机制,在国际化的不同阶段安排组织学习管理的重点。
Knowledge is the key factor that affects the motivation, mode and location choice of transnational operation of an enterprise. There is an important relationship between the enterprise's knowledge stock and transnational management behavior. Due to the lack of relevant knowledge of multinational operation, enterprise groups should pay attention to the gradual arrangement of internationalization process, which is regarded as the process of knowledge acquisition, transfer and creation. At the same time, in order to improve the efficiency of the process, organizational learning mechanism should be actively established, and the focus of organizational learning management should be arranged in different stages of internationalization.
