根据新建高速公路路堑边坡工程地质情况和周围环境,制定光面爆破优化方案,设计采用轴向间隔不耦合装药、控制单孔装药量和单段总起爆药量、光爆孔间距控制在1.2~1.5m等措施。并对爆破振动、爆破飞石等有害效应进行计算,将其控制在允许范围内,避免对周围建筑物设施造成危害。现场试验证明了优化后光面爆破参数的合理性,并表明钻孔质量会直接影响爆破效果,应在施工中提出严格要求。
Based on the engineering geological conditions and the surrounding environment of the new expressway cutting slope engineering, the optimization plan of smooth blasting is developed. The harmful effects such as blasting vibration, blasting flying stone and so on are calculated and controlled within the allowable range so as to avoid damaging the surrounding building facilities.
