1 引言 淮河入海水道1999年度阜宁Ⅱ标段境内,在0~-1.5m位置上有一层1.5m厚呈灰色淤泥质粉质粘土,强度低,标准贯入击数1~2,含水量高,天然含水量48%~52%。该类土近100×10~4m~3,占整个标段工程量的20%,严重制约着工程进度和工程质量。采取何种施工工艺,使其压实度达到设计的要求,有助于用这类土筑堤,我们按照碾压试验的要求进行了有益的探讨。
