通过在氧化石墨烯表面原位聚合苯胺制备聚苯胺阵列/石墨烯复合物,再将一定量的石墨烯加入到复合物分散液中,经水热反应制备了石墨烯/聚苯胺/石墨烯复合材料。利用SEM和FT-IR对其形貌和结构进行了表征,讨论了投料比、水热温度及水热时间对材料电化学性能的影响。结果表明,质量比PGO∶GO(后加的)=15∶1,180℃下水热反应4h,所得样品用作超级电容器电极时,表现出优异的电化学性能,当电流密度为1A/g时,其比电容为553F/g;且在电流密度为20A/g,1000次恒电流充放电后,其比电容保持率高达94.2%。
The polyaniline array / graphene composite was prepared by in situ polymerizing aniline on the surface of graphene oxide, and then a certain amount of graphene was added into the composite dispersion liquid to prepare a graphene / polyaniline / graphene composite by hydrothermal reaction material. The morphology and structure of the material were characterized by SEM and FT-IR. The influence of the feed ratio, hydrothermal temperature and hydrothermal time on the electrochemical properties of the material was discussed. The results showed that when the mass ratio of PGO to PGO added was 15: 1 and the hydrothermal reaction was carried out at 180 ℃ for 4h, the obtained sample showed excellent electrochemical performance when used as supercapacitor electrode. When the current density was 1A / g, Specific capacitance of 553F / g; and in the current density of 20A / g, 1000 times the constant current charge and discharge, the specific capacitance retention rate as high as 94.2%.
