试验研究了一种高铬铸铁一碳素铸钢双金属轴套,确定了轴套离心铸造的最佳工艺参数.研究结果表明,双金属轴套的力学性能优越,其冲击韧性比单一高铬铸铁轴套提高6~8倍;与原来的合金钢(FM—2)轴套对比,其耐磨料磨损性能提高1倍多.
A kind of high-chromium cast iron-carbon bimetallic bushing was tested and the optimum process parameters of the centrifugal casting of the bushing were determined.The results show that the bimetal bushing has superior mechanical properties and higher impact toughness than the single high-chromium Cast iron bushings increase 6 to 8 times; Compared with the original alloy steel (FM-2) bushings, the abrasion resistance of the abrasives is more than doubled.
