鹰桥的高冰镍浸出生产高纯氯化镍的方法,是用盐酸浸出使镍优先溶解的方法;其溶液用溶剂萃取净化,净化后的浸出液再次酸化使NiCl_2·4H_2O结晶。在克里蒂安松冰镍浸出厂内,将氯化镍用高温水解,得氧化镍粒,然后还原得高纯金属粒产品—98号镍。本文介绍一种新的处理氯化镍方法。这是一种用电积法从全氯化物电解液中得到高纯阴极镍的方法。这种新方法在两个生产规模的电积槽内验证,而且这两个电积槽的操作是与工业生产规模的浸出厂相联系的。
