Objective To investigate the relationship between TRIb, TGA and TMA in the prognosis of G raves ’disease and to provide a theoretical reference for clinical treatment of G raves’ exophthalmos. Methods 78 cases of G raves’ patients with exophthalmos were treated with 131I and were followed up at 3, 6, and 12 months after treatment. The TRAb, TGA and TMA concentrations were measured. Results The levels of TRAb, TGA and TMA before treatment were more likely to be improved after treatment. However, the levels of TRAb, TGA and TMA before treatment did not change much after treatment, and the improvement of ophthalmopathy was not obvious. The difference was significant. Conclusion TRAb, TGA and TMA levels are closely related with the occurrence and prognosis of exophthalmos.
