利用并通过教材体系的建设与传输,达到与实现教学目的是电大教学方式上的特长所在,亦是目前国内成人教育方法的主流.完善电大教材建设是搞好电大教学并较之普通高校更重要的一个步骤. 多年来电大学习指导书教材建设并没有完全到位,或者说由于某种因素限制,未达到理想境界.电大虽然有较为完善的教材建设程序,但因对自己的办学特色认识尚不充分,教材体系的建设优势与特色未能完全发挥.纵观电大20年的学习指导书的编写建设可以说只取得了规模上的成就,内容质量乏善可陈,编写设计误区很多.虽有个别佳作,但整体水平“瑜不掩瑕”. “指”而不 “导”,已成电大学习指导书编写通病. 要想改变现状,1．注意内容之间的相互穿插、渗透,各媒体素材之间的借用,提高资源的共享程度.2．规范学习指导书的内容组成,充分体现“导学”功能,保证学习指导书应有的内在质量.3．加快各类学习指导书教材的转型研制开发工作,加快电子出版物及网络课件的建设显得尤为紧迫.
