城市供水优化调度是一个多目标、复杂大系统优化问题.本文应用系统科学的原理和方法,针对西安市,建立了多水源联合多目标优化模型;探讨了优化调度的多目标、多模型结构;提出了多目标模型求解思路和方法,为实现城市供水水源优化调度奠定了理论基础.最后应用本文提出的模型和算法,进行西安市市区供水水源优化调度实例研究,得出有益于西安市发展的优化调度策略和建议
Urban water supply optimization scheduling is a multi-objective, complex large-scale system optimization problem. In this paper, the principle and method of system science are applied to Xi’an City. A multi-water source combined multi-objective optimization model is established. The multi-objective and multi-model structure of optimal scheduling is discussed. The idea and method of multi-objective model solution are proposed to realize the urban water supply source. Optimal scheduling laid the theoretical foundation. Finally, the model and algorithm proposed in this paper are used to carry out the case study of urban water supply source optimization scheduling in Xi’an City, and the optimal scheduling strategies and suggestions that are beneficial to the development of Xi’an City are obtained.
