用于鉴别99Tcm-MDP骨显像中单发病灶的良恶性。方法 :筛选99Tcm-MDP骨显像中呈现单发病灶且经过临床病理证实为骨良性病变患者 14例 ,肿瘤骨转移患者 2 4例 ,对这两类患者分别采用99Tcm-MIBI显像。结果 :骨单发病灶恶性病变患者阳性率为 79.2 % ,骨单发病灶良性病变患者阳性率为 2 0 %。同时发现肿瘤单发骨转移灶有 6 2 .5 %位于中轴骨区域 (脊柱、骨盆 )。结论 :利用99Tcm-MIBI显像鉴别99Tcm-MDP骨显像中的单发病灶的良恶性有很大优势。
Used to identify benign and malignant single lesions in 99Tcm-MDP bone imaging. Methods: Fourteen 99 patients who underwent 99Tcm-MDP bone scintigraphy with single lesion, clinically and pathologically confirmed benign lesions, and 24 patients with bone metastasis were examined by 99Tcm-MIBI imaging. Results: The positive rate of malignant lesions of single bone lesions was 79.2%, the positive rate of benign lesions of bone lesions was 20%. At the same time, it was found that 62.5% of the single tumor metastases in the tumor were located in the central axial bone region (spine and pelvis). CONCLUSION: The use of 99Tcm-MIBI imaging to identify benign and malignant single lesions in 99Tcm-MDP bone imaging has great advantages.
