早餐对保障人体健康、维持体能、提高学习和工作效率至关重要。不吃早餐委实不好,偶尔一次两次也许问题不大,但长期不吃早餐不仅影响学习和工作,同时也会引发一些疾病。看来,为了能让人吃上早餐吃好早餐,只强调早餐的重要性还远远不够,更重要的是能让早餐常变着花样吃,变填饱肚子为享受美味、享受生活。
