针对某型飞机典型连接件的防腐蚀密封设计,采用实验室加速环境谱开展验证试验研究,结果表明含密封剂的防护体系在加速环境下发生了开裂失效。对密封剂的失效情况及原因进行了分析,提出了密封剂失效后的解决途径及相应的改进方案。
Aiming at the anti-corrosion seal design of the typical connector of a certain type of aircraft, the laboratory accelerated environmental spectrum is used to carry out the verification test and research. The results show that the protective system containing the sealant has failed to crack under the accelerating environment. The failure of the sealant and the reasons for the analysis were analyzed, and the solution to the problem of the sealant after the failure was put forward and corresponding improvement measures were put forward.
