目的探讨精子DNA碎片率与体外受精(IVF)实验室结局的关系。方法对IVF治疗的男性患者开展常规精液检查、精子DNA碎片率检查以及精子核蛋白不成熟度检查。分析精子DNA碎片率与IVF优胚率的关系。结果精子DNA碎片率与男性年龄呈正相关(r=0.184,P=0.019<0.05),与前向运动精子百分率呈负相关(r=-0.219,P=0.008<0.05),与优胚率呈负相关(r=-0.220,P=0.008<0.05),与精子浓度、正常精子百分率、IVF受精率无明显相关性(P>0.05)。精子核蛋白不成熟度与精子浓度呈负相关(r=-0.327,P=0.001<0.05),与正常精子百分率呈负相关(r=-0.226,P=0.008<0.05),与男性年龄、前向运动精子百分率、优胚率、IVF受精率无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论开展精子DNA碎片率检测,可对IVF优胚率起到一定的预测作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between sperm DNA fragmentation rate and in vitro fertilization (IVF) laboratory outcome. Methods Male patients underwent IVF treatment routine sperm examination, sperm DNA fragmentation rate and sperm nuclear protein immaturity. The relationship between sperm DNA fragmentation rate and IVF excellent embryo rate was analyzed. Results The sperm DNA fragmentation rate was positively correlated with male age (r = 0.184, P = 0.019 <0.05), negatively correlated with the percentage of forward motile sperm (r = -0.219, P = 0.008 <0.05) (R = -0.220, P = 0.008 <0.05). There was no significant correlation between sperm concentration, percentage of normal sperm and IVF fertilization (P> 0.05). There was a negative correlation between sperm nuclear protein immatureness and sperm concentration (r = -0.327, P = 0.001 <0.05), negative correlation with normal sperm percentage (r = -0.226, P = 0.008 < There was no significant correlation between the percentage of motile sperm, excellent embryo rate and IVF fertilization rate (P> 0.05). Conclusion The detection of sperm DNA fragmentation rate can predict the excellent IVF embryo rate.
