从经济学角度考察,飞机不只是航空公司灵活的营运工具,而且是航空公司的大型和长期的投资、有形而又灵活的资产。航空公司必须对其机队发展的规模及结构建立一套或几套可供选择的决策方案,并从方案潜在的经济效益角度加以评价。所作这些决策方案的过程,即是机队规划的过程,它是航空公司经营管理上最核心的一个环节。本文就机队规划的作用、过程、影响因素、一般模型在理论上作一粗浅探讨。
From an economic point of view, the aircraft is not just a flexible airline operating tool, but also the airline's large and long-term investment, tangible and flexible assets. Airlines must establish one or more sets of decision-making options for the size and structure of their fleet and evaluate them from the perspective of the potential economic benefits of the program.
