目的：探讨传统手术方法治疗裂孔性视网膜脱离的效果。方法：能过对６６例（６７眼）裂孔性视网膜脱离患者术后回顾性临床分析。结果：用三种术式治疗以巩膜内填压手术效果最好，其次为巩膜外填压和环扎术，一次手术总有效率达８８．５５％，术中视网膜下放液与否与手术疗效无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：传统的巩膜电凝加内填压术是一种较为安全有效的手术方法，术中放液与否与手术效果无关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of traditional surgical methods on the treatment of retinal detachment. Methods: A retrospective clinical analysis of 66 patients (67 eyes) with posterior retinal detachment was performed. Results: The three kinds of surgical treatment of scleral buckling surgery was the best, followed by scleral buckling and cerclage surgery, a total effective rate of 88.55%, intraoperative subretinal fluid or not and the efficacy of surgery No significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The traditional scleral coagulation and filling technique is a safe and effective surgical method.
