北斗苹果是日本青森县苹果试验场于1970年以富士X陆奥杂交，1980年选出，1981年定名的三倍体品种。其优良授粉品种为王林、印度、千秋、夏绿等。北斗的果个大，单果重为300—350g;果实近圆形;果面底色为黄色，彩色为紫红条纹;果肉黄白色，致密，汁多;果实有香味;果肉硬度7·5kg
