研究表明,光置换疗法对红皮病型皮肤 T 细胞淋巴瘤及进行性系统性硬化症有明确的疗效,并能改善寻常型天疱疮、系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎、自身免疫性糖尿病Ⅰ型及艾滋病相关综合征患者的病情,还可逆转及预防器官移植排斥反应。其作用机制尚不明了,该疗法可能通过某种机制诱发对上述疾病病理性 T 细胞的免疫攻击或抑制作用。光置换疗法在皮肤科临床中可能有重要的作用,但尚须进一步地研究证明。
