案情简介:2006年3月,周先生应聘到武汉某化妆品销售公司从事产品销售,双方签订了正式的劳动合同。合同约定,周先生的工资报酬采取底薪加提成的方式确定。每月周先生的底薪为800元,然后按超过销售任务的销售收入的5%提成。合同签订后周先生每月都超额完成了公司的销售任务,但是每月公司都只支付了其应得收入的一半,另一半则作为保证金拒绝支付。为此,周先生多次与公司交涉无果。
Brief introduction of the case: In March 2006, Mr. Zhou applied for a cosmetics sales company in Wuhan to engage in product sales, and both parties signed a formal labor contract.
