本文合成了2种含有吡啶甲酸根的三(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)胺合锰配合物,并对其进行了红外,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射测定。结果表明,单核配合物1和2分别具有三角双锥和扭曲八面体的几何构型。在配合物1中,烟酸根阴离子利用一个羧基氧原子和锰离子配位;在配合物2中,邻吡啶甲酸根阴离子采取N,O螯合的配位方式。由于烟酸根和邻吡啶甲酸根的配位方式不同,导致配合物晶体结构中存在不同类型的氢键。配合物1形成了由氢键连接的二维网状结构,而配合物2只能形成由氢键连接成的一维链状结构。
In this paper, two kinds of tri (2-benzimidazolylmethylene) amine manganese complexes containing picolinate were synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The results show that the mononuclear complexes 1 and 2 have the geometry of triangular double cones and twisted octahedron, respectively. In complex 1, the nicotinate anion coordinated with manganese ion through a carboxyl oxygen atom. In complex 2, the adjacent pyridine picolinate anion adopted N, O chelate coordination mode. Due to the different coordination modes of nicotinate and o-picolinate, different types of hydrogen bonds exist in the crystal structure of the complex. Complex 1 formed a two-dimensional network structure connected by hydrogen bonds, while complex 2 formed only one-dimensional chain structure connected by hydrogen bonds.
