4月14日《工人日报》以较大篇幅刊登宁波市总工会一项万名职工的调查结果,主要内容是职工的情绪管理。据介绍,该项调查从2013年5月至10月,由宁波市总工会法工部、女工部、各产业工会等多个部门及企业心理咨询师联合参与执行,抽样了全市各大行业的职工。此调查结果甫一问世,不少企业闻风而来,纷纷索取详细报告。大家都说,要仔细地研究,看看现在职工究竟是如何想的,企业工作该怎样去适应他们的心理需求。
On April 14, “Workers’ Daily” published a large part of the survey results of a million workers of the Ningbo Federation of Trade Unions. The main content is the emotional management of employees.
