“我们就像一个家,家里有我们还有妈妈。老师是妈妈,我们围绕在妈妈的身边……”这是我的学生们自编自唱的一首歌。这首稚嫩的歌使我和学生的关系更加亲密。我经常对学生们说:“孩子们,我们在生活中,尊重和理解是为人的基本态度,也是一个人素质的体现,要记住尊重别人就是尊重自己。”而对于教育需要理解与尊重是“马语者”对我的启示。2008年我到华东师大学习,被王涛博士《马语者》的视频片段感动了。影片里驯马师尝试用与马沟通的方式来驯服野马,把用传统方法驯马的用时由 “We are like a family, we have a mother at home, the teacher is a mother, we are around the mother’s side ... ” This is my school’s self-singing song.
