本研究从生产实际出发,应用油茶优良无性系芽苗砧嫁接,通过“四法分批催芽”盖砂与“温水调控芽砧”、嫁接工序“流水作业”、“改嫁接后两次移栽为一次进圃”、“小罩改大罩”等新技术解决了油茶嫁接繁殖成本高、技术难度大等问题,能达到大批量生产的目的。七年来共繁育优良无性系芽苗砧苗木55167万株,造林3338亩。在栽植技术上,采取分层紧土的方法,解决了油茶嫁接苗造林成活率低的技术难题,对实现油茶良种繁育与造林有重要意义。
