气门导管是内燃机中保证气门与气门座正确配合的零件。气门在导管内作高频直线运动,每分钟达2000~3000次,因此要求导管有较高的精度和好的耐磨性,孔的精度要求为二级,光洁度在▽▽▽7以上。过去我厂加工图1导管的深孔时,由于工艺方法及所用工具存在一些问题,致使质量达不到要求。后来改进铰刀等结构,并采用一次钻、二次铰及一次压光的工艺方法,加工孔的光洁度和精度都达到要求。(1)钻孔。钻出的孔是以后精加工的基础,因此钻孔工序十分重要。钻孔时由于径小孔深,钻头刚性差,若钻头刀刃磨得不对称,就极易引起钻孔轴线的偏
