员工绩效考核是实施组织战略的重要载体,是帮助组织实现战略目标、绩效目标、强化组织文化的有力工具。本文基于提高组织绩效,对各类员工绩效考核方法进行分析和综合对比,从组织生命周期的角度提出有助于组织绩效提升的绩效考核方法,为组织选择有效的员工绩效考核方法提供参考。
Employee performance appraisal is an important carrier of the implementation of organizational strategy is to help organizations achieve strategic goals, performance objectives, and strengthen the organizational culture a powerful tool. Based on the improvement of organizational performance, this paper analyzes and compares the performance appraisal methods of all kinds of employees, and puts forward the performance appraisal methods that help to improve organizational performance from the perspective of organizational life cycle, so as to provide reference for organizations to choose effective employee performance appraisal methods.
