在人事活动中所形成的各类文件材料即是人事档案,人事档案是对一个人经历和德才表现的最真实记录。人事档案管理作为人事管理工作中非常重要的一项内容,在当前事业单位人事制度改革不断深入的情况下,对人事档案管理工作也提出新的要求。长期以来我国事业单位人事档案管理工作存在一定的滞后性,无论是人员、制度还是基础设施都达不到现代化管理的标准要求,这在一定程度上制约了事业单位人事档案的开发利用。因此需要加快对人事档案管理工作进行调整,使人事档案更好的服务于人事部门的各项工作。文中从事业单位人事档案管理工作的重要性入手,分析了事业单位人事档案管理工作中存在的问题,并对提高事业单位人事档案管理水平的措施进行了具体的阐述。
All kinds of documents and materials formed in the personnel activities are the personnel files, and the personnel files are the most true records of one’s experience and the performance of moral talents. As a very important part of personnel management, personnel file management also puts forward new requirements on the management of personnel files under the current situation of deepening the personnel system reform in public institutions. For a long time, there is a certain lag in the management of personnel files in public institutions in China. Both the personnel and the systems and infrastructure have not met the standard requirements of modern management, which to a certain extent restricted the development and utilization of personnel files in public institutions. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the adjustment of the personnel files management and make the personnel files better serve the various tasks of the personnel department. This paper starts with the importance of personnel file management in public institutions, analyzes the existing problems in personnel file management in public institutions, and elaborates the measures to improve the management of personnel files in public institutions.
