目的探讨实施针对药学专业特色的绩效管理体系。方法将绩效管理理论与实际业务相结合,建立实用性强,可持续发展的绩效管理体系。结果激励医务人员的工作热情,发挥其主观能动性,找到适合自己的岗位,使优秀人才脱颖而出,实现药学部的既定战略目标。结论具备药学专业特色的绩效管理体系可摆脱单一的人员绩效考核的模式,在达成组织绩效的同时,使个人从中获益,实现组织和个人的双赢。
Objective To explore the implementation of the performance management system for pharmacy specialty. The method combines the performance management theory with the actual business, and establishes a practical and sustainable performance management system. The results motivate medical staff enthusiasm, give play to their subjective initiative to find a suitable position, so that outstanding talent come to the fore, to achieve the established strategic goals of the Department of Pharmacy. Conclusion The performance management system with the specialty of pharmacy can get rid of the mode of single staff performance appraisal. While achieving organizational performance, individuals can benefit from it and achieve a win-win situation for both organizations and individuals.
