铝电解阳极过电位的实验室测试技术还很不成熟,所得的阳极过电位也还不很准确。分析了影响其测试精度的几个因素。采用垂直碳阳极,并以底部绝缘、侧面导电的石墨坩锅为阴极的电解槽进行过电位测试。通过改进断电流技术,断电流时间小于2μs,并采用模拟电路对电位衰减曲线进行曲线拟合。结果表明,采用该技术可得重视性较好的过电位值。
The laboratory test technique of aluminum electrolysis anode overpotential is still immature, and the obtained anode overpotential is not yet very accurate. Several factors that influence the testing accuracy are analyzed. A vertical carbon anode was used and the overpotential test was carried out using an electrolytic cell with a bottom insulation and a side conductive graphite crucible as a cathode. By improving the breaking current technology, the breaking current time is less than 2μs, and the curve of the potential decay curve is simulated by the analog circuit. The results show that the use of this technology can be highly valued over-voltage value.
