一氧化氮(Nitric Oxide NO)是L-精氨酸在NO合成酶的作用下合成的一种无机气体。NO对许多肿瘤细胞和微生物有细胞毒性。为探讨内源性NO与肿瘤的关系,我们对48例肿瘤患者进行了血清NO检测,现将结果总结分析如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1 检测对象:肿瘤患者48例。为我院老年科 1997年3月～1998年2月经各种检查确诊为肿瘤的住院患者。男41例,女7例,年龄60～85岁,平均67.5岁。均无脑栓塞、高血压及冠心病等合并
Nitric oxide (Nitric Oxide NO) is an inorganic gas synthesized by L-arginine under the action of NO synthase. NO is cytotoxic to many tumor cells and microorganisms. To investigate the relationship between endogenous NO and tumors, we performed serum NO detection in 48 patients with cancer. The results are summarized below. 1 Materials and methods 1.1 Test objects: 48 patients with cancer. For the Department of Geriatrics of our hospital, hospitalized patients diagnosed with tumors through various examinations from March 1997 to February 1998. There were 41 males and 7 females, aged 60-85 years, with an average of 67.5 years. No brain thrombosis, hypertension, coronary heart disease, etc.
