当前阶段我国的市场化进一步深入,中小企业的发展速度迅猛,对于中小企业的制度建设也成为了人们关注的焦点问题。很多中小企业虽然极力引进和模仿大企业的绩效控制机制,但是出于各种客观和主观的阻碍,在成果方面比较有限,也难以完全建立适应自身情况的相应机能。因而在此对于中小企业的业绩评价和激励机制状况做一个简单的评述。
In the current stage, the marketization of our country is further deepened, the development of SMEs is swift and violent, and the system construction of SMEs has also become the focus of attention. Although many small and medium-sized enterprises strongly introduce and imitate the performance control mechanisms of large enterprises, they are limited in their achievements due to various objective and subjective obstacles, and are unable to fully establish the corresponding functions suited to their own situation. Therefore, in this performance evaluation for SMEs and the status of incentives to do a simple comment.
