目前我国生产的晶体管收音机及其它仪器、仪表等电路不少还是由分立元器件组成的,为确保产品质量,必须对基板电路进行测试、诊断,以便及时排除故障。目前各生产单位对基板电路的静态测试多采用开口测试电流的方法,这种方法一般无法立即确定基板的故障所在,测试速度慢。为解决这个问题,我们以上海群益无线电厂的蝴蝶牌 H801型晶体管收音机基板为对象,设计了一台带微电脑的智能测试诊断仪。该仪器每次最多可测试、诊断16块基板,并能立即打印出故障所在的板号、点号、出错电压值以及出错的原因。对基板中多发性故障,如电阻、电容、晶体管等元器件的开路、短路、参数相差悬殊等均能诊断。为了快速可靠,该诊断仪采取了以下措施:1.采样、诊断、抒印并行工作;2.当基板电路故障引起各级电压偏离标准值时,逐点修正各点偏离值,以提高诊断可靠性;3.基板各点电压依主、辅、缓、急,进行分层
At present, China’s production of transistor radios and other instruments, meters and many other circuits or composed of discrete components, in order to ensure product quality, the substrate circuit must be tested and diagnosed in order to promptly troubleshoot. At present, each production unit adopts the method of opening test current for the static test of the circuit of the substrate, and the method generally can not immediately determine the fault of the substrate, and the test speed is slow. In order to solve this problem, we designed a smart test diagnostic instrument with a microcomputer based on the butterfly H801 transistor radio substrate of Qunyi Radio Factory in Shanghai. The instrument can test up to 16 substrates at a time and immediately print out the board number, point number, error voltage value and the cause of the error. On the substrate in multiple faults, such as resistors, capacitors, transistors and other components of the open circuit, short circuit, the parameters vary greatly diagnosed. In order to be fast and reliable, the diagnostic instrument has taken the following measures: 1. Sampling, diagnosis, collateral work parallel; 2.
