中等职业学校试行弹性学制与学分制的必然性,是机遇、问题、转型的共同要求。可选择、自主培养、兼容管理等优越性,尤其是学生的积极态度,已成为中职学校试行弹性学制与学分制的最大可行性。应着眼于必修、限定选修、任意选修的课程体系改革,弹性学分与弹性学制的分层教学与管理、综合能力评价体系的建立。而克服体制滞后,家长、学生、教师未能适应等困难,关键要充分认识学分制的主动学习本质、差异教学方法,有针对性的引导服务,教学互动的高层次管理,并加大现代教育技术应用的力度。
