目的 :介绍一种新型的、经过改良的硅胶义眼座 ,包括主要构成、结构特征、适应证、疗效的标准化及与其它眼座的比较等。方法 :保留四条直肌的情况下完整摘除眼球 ,四条直肌交叉成“十”字缝合于义眼座前。结果 :外观满意度与羟基磷灰石及硅胶眼座相同 ,眼球转动幅度低于羟基磷灰石 ,但外露及脱出的发生率也低 ,三组分别是 3 5 % /0 ,13 3 % /4 4 % ,14 0 % /0 5 %。结论 :新式的硅胶义眼座具有组织相容性好 ,外露率低 ,几乎不脱出等优点 ,可视为除羟基磷灰石之外的可供植入的工具 ,具有一定的应用范围
OBJECTIVE: To introduce a new type of modified silicone eye prosthesis, including the main components, structural features, indications, standardization of efficacy and comparison with other eye bases. Methods: To retain the case of four rectus intact enucleation, four straight muscle cross into a “ten” suture in front of the eyelid. Results: The appearance satisfaction was the same as that of hydroxyapatite and silicone eye socket, and the rotational range of eyeball was lower than that of hydroxyapatite, but the incidence of exposure and prolapse was also low. The three groups were 35% / 13.3% 4 4%, 14 0% / 0 5%. Conclusion: The new silicone eye prosthesis has the advantages of good histocompatibility, low exsertion rate, almost no prolapse, etc. It can be regarded as a tool for implants other than hydroxyapatite and has a certain application range
