目的对全科医生转岗理论培训现状及效果进行调查分析,为后续的全科医学人才培养工作提供依据。方法以济南市2 0 1 5年第一期全科医生转岗培训学员共9 5人为研究对象。进行调查问卷,了解转岗学员现状、学员对培训的满意度及能力提升情况。共发放问卷9 8张,收回9 5张,收回率为9 6.9%。结果本次培训班报名的区域广,人数多,女性多于男性。本次研究对象的9 5人中,对社区工作压力大,不满意者占3 1.6%,其次是对工资待遇不满意占2 3.2%。本次安排的理论学习课程,9 5人中仅对一门课程——中药学满意度差。结论提升全科医学的发展,需要了解职业现状、对岗位满意度、对工作的期望等,并同步配套相应的制度保障,这样才能为社区培养高素质的全科人才服务。
Objective To investigate and analyze the status quo and the effect of general practitioner transfer training so as to provide the basis for follow-up general practitioner training. Methods A total of 95 students transferred from general practitioners in Jinan City in 2015 were enrolled in this study. Conduct a questionnaire to understand the status quo of transferred students, the satisfaction of trainees and the improvement of their ability in training. A total of 9 questionnaires were issued, 95 were recovered, with a recovery rate of 9 6.9%. Results The enrollment of this course was wide in area with more people and more women than men. Among the 95 people studied in this study, they were under pressure to work in communities, accounting for 31.6% of those who were dissatisfied, and second, they were dissatisfied with wages and salaries, accounting for 22.2%. The theoretical study of this course, 9 5 out of only one course - traditional Chinese medicine satisfaction is poor. Conclusion To enhance the development of general practice medicine, we need to understand the current situation of occupations, job satisfaction, expectations of work, etc., and support the corresponding system security simultaneously so as to cultivate high quality general practitioner services for the community.
