在今年初召开的2015年全国科技工作会议上,科技部将“大力推动科技成果转化和科技服务业发展,进一步激发全社会创新创业活力”作为2015年的八项重点工作之一。在2015年8月29日召开的中华人民共和国第十二届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十六次会议通过了《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于修改(中华人民共和国促进科技成果转化法)的决定》,修改后的《促进科技成果转化法》将自2015年10月1日起施行。我国的铸造产业规模已连续15年位居世界第一,2014年铸件总产量为4620万吨,占世界铸件年总产量的40%以上;由国务院于今年5月发布的《中国制造2025》为我国铸造业带来了新的发展机遇,同时,也对铸造业的创新发展提出了新的更高的要求。为促进铸造行业科技成果的转化和科技服务工作的发展,把创新成果变成实实
