目的建立尿中硫氰酸盐的离子色谱测定方法。方法尿样经离心后,用纯水稀释10倍。经C18固相萃取柱净化,离子色谱仪进行分析。结果尿中硫氰酸盐在0.25~20.0 mg/L线性相关系数为0.9999,检出限为0.10 mg/L,定量限为0.30 mg/L,批内相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.67%~8.64%,批间RSD为5.44%~8.97%,加标回收率为91.5%~101.7%。结论本方法精密度高、线性关系好、准确度高、检出限低,适用于人尿中硫氰酸盐的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of thiocyanate in urine by ion chromatography. Methods After centrifugation, the urine samples were diluted 10 times with pure water. The C18 solid phase extraction column purification, ion chromatography analysis. Results The linear correlation coefficient of thiocyanate in urine from 0.25 to 20.0 mg / L was 0.9999, the limit of detection was 0.10 mg / L, the limit of quantification was 0.30 mg / L, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 4.67% -8.64 %, Inter-batch RSD 5.44% ~ 8.97%, spiked recoveries of 91.5% ~ 101.7%. Conclusion The method has high precision, good linearity, high accuracy and low detection limit. It is suitable for the determination of thiocyanate in human urine.
