把健身与自己的生活联系在一起,并且将其“生机勃发”成生命中不可或缺的一种感觉,是当前被紧张节奏和城市尘埃弄得头昏脑涨的现代人的一种快乐。在我居住的单元楼里,有一位非常喜好健身的年轻人。他的观点是,21世纪的人,不光要爱健身,还要会健身,才能活得胜人一筹。他说,健身不仅仅是清晨跑跑步,或跳跳健美操。健身更是一种感觉。于是,小城中各种运动场地总有他的身影。无论是最传统的跑步,还是射箭,或是最新潮的攀岩,他都不会“空”。有时,他甚至学起三岁顽童,将一个“霹雳珠”套在掌心,满街“溜”着玩。
