利血平一方面能使交感神经末梢囊泡内的神经递质释放增加,另一方面阻止它再摄入囊泡;因此囊泡内的神经递质逐渐减少或耗竭,使交感神经冲动的传导受阻。进行交感神经阻滞后,皮温升高,解除血管痉挛和促进侧支循环形成。1996—2012年,我们应用利血平0.5~1.0mg加生理盐水5ml给动脉硬化性闭塞症患者患侧肢体股动脉内进行注射。每3~7d 1次,3~5次1疗程。效果显著,报告如下。
