采用CFD数值仿真技术分析某高速卧车包厢空调通风系统,选取卧车模型最有代表性的第1个包厢,模拟包厢内部的温度场和速度流场,选取包厢中部点、乘客头部、肩部、膝部和脚部点作为标准测点,分析其温度值和风速值。发现均符合标准规定,说明该车空调通风系统设计合理,满足人体舒适性要求。
CFD numerical simulation technology is used to analyze the air conditioning and ventilation system of a high speed sleeping car box. The first representative box of the sleeper model is selected to simulate the temperature field and velocity flow field inside the box. The midpoint of the box, passengers’ head and shoulders, Knee and foot point as a standard measuring point, analyze the temperature and wind speed values. Found to meet the standards, indicating that the car air conditioning and ventilation system designed to meet the human comfort requirements.
