分组竞争机制在初中物理教学中的运用

关于教育,有句话叫有教无类,但每个人资质不同,所以还需因材施教。可是动辄五六十个人的教学班,如何既覆盖到每个学生,又让每位同学有所收获?为了更好地解决这个问题,我进行了许多尝试,实行分组教学,是一种比较好的方法。一、分组方式初二开学时,因为对学生情况不太了解,也不想太早对他们做判断,所以按照座位分组,每组7人以内,共8组。每组推荐出一位组长和一位副组长,选出一位课代表。因为要做的事情比较 As for education, there is a saying that there is a saying of “nothing” but “everyone has different qualifications”.
