以10个水稻光温敏核不育系为材料,设置6个赤毒素(GA3)用量处理,研究了不同不育系抽穗相关性状对赤霉素的响应。结果表明,不同不育系之间穗粒外露度及其相关性状存在显著差异,在自然状态下包颈度较轻、穗粒外露度较高的不育系,喷施GA3后相对更容易解除包颈,穗粒外露度也较高。就穗粒外露度和包颈度而言,对GA3的敏感度以C815S最大,GD-1S最小,而在其它不育系之间的差异相对较小。穗粒外露度与顶1节间长呈极显著正相关,与包颈长和包颈度呈极显著负相关,在不育系选育过程中,可将包颈轻、顶1节间较长作为选择指标。
Ten rice thermo-sensitive genic male sterile lines were used as materials to set up six treatments of GA3 to study the response of GA3 to GA in different genic male sterile lines.
