目的:测定狼毒根、茎中蛋白质的含量及氨基酸的种类和含量。方法:用考马斯亮蓝G-250显色,分光光度法测定蛋白质含量;全自动氨基酸分析仪分析氨基酸的种类和含量。结果:狼毒根、茎中蛋白质的质量分数分别为12.26,3.93 mg·g-1。狼毒根、茎中均含有14种氨基酸,相同氨基酸13种。根中有蛋氨酸而茎中没有,茎中有丝氨酸而根中没有。根中有6种人体必需氨基酸,茎中有5种人体必需氨基酸。根中氨基酸的质量分数为0.116 4~39.561 3 mg·g-1;茎中氨基酸的质量分数为0.026 1~0.469 1 mg·g-1。结论:狼毒根中蛋白质和氨基酸的含量均大于其茎中含量。单从蛋白质和氨基酸的角度而言,狼毒根的药用价值更高。
Objective: To determine the content of protein and the type and content of amino acids in roots and stems of Stellera chamaejasme. Methods: Protein content was determined by Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 spectrophotometry. Amino acid analyzer was used to analyze the types and contents of amino acids. Results: The contents of protein in roots and stems of Braconidae were 12.26 and 3.93 mg · g-1, respectively. Stellera chamaejasme root, the stem contains 14 kinds of amino acids, the same 13 kinds of amino acids. There is methionine in the roots but not in the stems, and there is no serine in the stems. There are 6 essential amino acids in the root, and 5 essential amino acids in the stem. The mass fraction of amino acids in roots was 0.116 4 ~ 39.561 3 mg · g-1, and the mass fraction of amino acids in stems was 0.026 1-0.469 1 mg · g-1. Conclusion: The content of protein and amino acid in the root of Stellera chamaejasme is higher than that in stem. From the perspective of protein and amino acids alone, the medicinal value of the root of Stellera chamaejasme is higher.
