1946年Rubin等人最早研究鸡粪,仅仅是为了寻找未知生长因子(UGE),而今已将鸡粪和其它畜禽粪便大规模加工成商品饲料及其它产品,这一巨大的转折是由于畜禽粪便本身所具备的特点和集约化大中型畜禽场的不断涌现而产生的环境污染问题及饲料不断涨价等因素所决定的。据资料表明,鸡、猪、牛粪便中含有丰富的蛋白源及其它微量元素(表1),每100kg鸡粪饲料相当于15kg麦粉精料(表2)。据联合国粮农组织80年代估测,全世界每年仅鸡粪总量就达460亿吨;
Rubin et al. First researched chicken manure in 1946 just to find out the unknown growth factor (UGE). Now that large-scale manure and other livestock manure have been processed into commercial feed and other products, the huge turning point is that livestock and poultry Feces itself has the characteristics and intensive large and medium-sized livestock and poultry farms continue to emerge arising from environmental pollution and rising feed prices and other factors determined. According to the data, chicken, pig and cattle excrement are rich in protein sources and other trace elements (Table 1), which is equivalent to 15kg of concentrate for every 100kg of chicken manure (Table 2). According to the FAO’s estimation in the 1980s, the total amount of chicken manure in the world is only 46 billion tons per year;
