我厂生产的微型汽车冲压模具工装,要求耐磨,其材质选用钼钒铸铁。其材质硬度高,机械加工困难,且合金消耗大,生产成本高,成为生产技术质量的难题。为此,我们开展了价值工程活动,取得了较好的技术经济效益。 一、分析对象的选择 影响钼钒铸铁件硬度高的因素较多,我们从铸造工艺、造型方法、材质成分、熔炼方法等几个方面进行分析,见下图。
The micro-car stamping tooling equipment produced by our factory requires wear-resistance, and its material is molybdenum vanadium cast iron. The material has a high hardness and is difficult to machine, and the alloy consumes a large amount and the production cost is high, which becomes a problem in the production technology. To this end, we carried out value engineering activities and achieved good technical and economic benefits. First, the choice of analysis objects There are many factors that affect the high hardness of molybdenum vanadium cast iron parts. We analyze it from several aspects such as casting process, modeling method, material composition, and smelting method. See the figure below.
