为了掌握微山湖底深部煤巷围岩应力场分布及变形破坏规律,结合典型工程地质条件,采用FLAC3D数值模拟研究了矩形和梯形断面在不同锚网支护方案时围岩应力分布特征和变形特点,模拟结果表明:巷道顶板塑性破坏范围较小,破坏形式以拉伸破坏为主,顶板变形量不大;两帮破坏范围较大,破坏形式既有拉伸破坏又有剪切破坏,变形量约为顶板变形量的2倍。根据模拟结果选取最优方案进行了工业性试验,矿压观测结果表明支护方案有效控制了围岩稳定。
In order to grasp the distribution of stress field and the deformation and rupture law of the surrounding rock in the deep coal seam gateway of Weishan Lake, the stress distribution and deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of rectangular and trapezoidal sections under different support schemes of bolting net were studied by FLAC3D numerical simulation in combination with typical engineering geological conditions The simulation results show that the plastic roof of the roadway is less damaged by plastic deformation, the damage is dominated by tensile failure and the deformation of the roof is not large. The damage range of the two supports is large, and the failure modes are both tensile failure and shear failure. About 2 times the amount of roof deformation. According to the simulation results, the optimal scheme was selected for industrial experiment. The result of rock pressure observation shows that the support scheme effectively controls the stability of surrounding rock.
