本文通过开展塔河油田37口井套管出现断脱、破裂、悬挂器失效等多种现象的总结和研究,认为套管出现破损主要原因有地质和工程两个方面,通过新技术的应用和改进,为套损油井提出了较好的修复措施,如插管封隔器堵漏,套管补贴,修套、取换套等技术,同时开展了环空保护液以及用封隔器进行分段酸压等预防措施,有效的减少了套损次数,为塔河油田的后期开发套损综合治理提供了技术支撑。
