目的研究鬼箭羽氯仿提取物对血管生成的影响。方法采用人脐静脉内皮细胞模型(HUVEC)、大鼠动脉环模型(rat aortic rings)和鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)模型研究鬼箭羽提取物抑制血管生成作用。结果 8μg.mL-1鬼箭羽提取物显著抑制人脐静脉内皮细胞的增殖,抑制率达到36.2%;2μg.mL-1和4μg.mL-1鬼箭羽提取物能够显著抑制大鼠动脉环新血管结构形成,抑制率分别达到56.41%和65.25%;鬼箭羽提取物20μg.个-1与40μg.个-1对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)血管抑制率分别达到了22.6%与31.2%。结论鬼箭羽提取物具有显著的抗血管生成活性。
Objective To study the effect of ghost arrow feather chloroform extract on angiogenesis. Methods HUVECs were isolated from human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs), rat aortic rings and chick chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) models. Results 8μg.mL-1 ghost arrow feather extract significantly inhibited the proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells, the inhibition rate was 36.2%; 2μg.mL-1 and 4μg.mL-1 ghost arrow feather extract can significantly inhibit the rat arterial ring The new vascular structure was formed with the inhibitory rates of 56.41% and 65.25%, respectively. The effects of ghost arrow feather extract of 20 μg. -1 and 40 μg. -1 on the inhibition rate of chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) were 22.6% and 31.2%. Conclusion ghost arrow feather extract has significant anti-angiogenic activity.
